Amends and clarifies a 2011 Resolution that approved State DEP loan funding for Sewer Fund improvements for Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) and clarifies that loan repayments are to be made from the available net revenues of BOTH the Sewer Fund and Water Fund. Original Resolution reflected only Sewer Fund revenues for this loan repayment. |
